MOI Telecom Gets CISCO Award

Edwin Paalvast of CISCO presents plaque to Brig. Ali Salim Al Henzab

The Telecommunications Department at the Ministry of Interior received the Cisco Plaque of Recognition in recognition for being a Cisco Networking Academy, Academy support Centre and Instructor Training Centre of the year 2017.

Edwin Paalvast, Senior Vice President, Cisco Europe, Middle East, Africa and Russia presented the plaque to Brig. Engineer Ali Salim Al Henzab, Director of Telecommunications Department, Ministry of Interior.

The Award comes as an acknowledgment to the efforts of the Training and Development Unit in the Telecom Department, which represents as one of the academies of Cisco. MOI Telecom Department’s Section is accredited as a center for the training of trainers.
