Doha Bank, one of the largest commercial banks in Qatar, has announced the winners of the first monthly draw for its 2017 Al Dana Savings Scheme campaign. The 14th edition of Qatar’s most rewarding savings program kicked off by crowning a new millionaire – the 52nd in the program’s history – while giving out a total of 18 prizes worth a combined QAR 1.27 million.

Doha Bank customers who won big in the year’s first prize draw included S. J. O. Quirino, who emerged as the newest Al Dana millionaire along with one lucky winner of QAR 100,000 and fifteen customers who walked away with QAR 10,000 each . The QAR 25,000 Young Saver Scholarship prize went to S.S. Ahmed.

Held at Doha Bank Tower in the presence of VIP guests and members of its senior management, the draw was streamed live on Doha Bank’s social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter and YouTube.

By saving a minimum of 5,000 QAR in the Doha Bank Al Dana Savings account, each QAR 1,000 gives each customer a chance to win 1 million. Moreover, Doha Bank’s unique prize structure ensures that the more you save, the greater your chances of winning, with triple chances when customers maintain a minimum average balance of QAR 25,000 and above, tripling their chances of winning in their category.

Next week another Doha Bank AL DANA customer will be lucky to Win 1 Million Qatari Riyals in an event scheduled at Doha Bank’s City Center Branch on Tuesday May 16th 2017 at 6:30 p.m. Crowds will be queued to see the massive cash prize raffle draws that will make 18 customers happy.
