Doha Bank announces its insurance arm ‘Doha Bank Assurance Company’ to become first Insurance company in Qatar re-certified with ISO 9001:2015, a global symbol for compliance with the established standards for business excellence.
This certification is in compliance with the successful completion of re-certification audit of all the departments of Doha Bank Assurance Company as per the revised ISO 9001:2015 standards. The certification was awarded by one of the world’s leading inspection, verification and certification body SGS for providing “general insurance services under the regulatory framework”.
Dr. R. Seetharaman, CEO said: “Doha Bank Assurance company always strives to maintain global standards and has been already certified as an ISO 9001: 2008. The highest standards of service delivery requires ongoing quality introspection, to enable efficiency in delivery and convenience to the customers, which we are committed to provide, by following the international best practices and standards.
